About The Position

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conditional Access Policy Admin for its Digital Sector. The role manages Microsoft Azure Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Application policies, and equivalent security policies, while maintaining compliance documentation and testing validation.

Requirements

• Hold a current Top Secret security clearance.
• Hold certifications in Azure Fundamentals and Azure Administrator.
• Have a BS degree and at least 5 years of IT experience, including significant experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Be familiar with tracking access requests and account provisioning.
• Have experience with account and access management capabilities or tools.
• Be familiar with M365 SaaS personas and license types.
• Have working knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
• Understand cloud computing and networking.
• Have superior organizational skills and be capable of managing multiple projects.
• Have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed documentation of conditional access policies.
• Develop, document, test, and deploy policies.
• Verify and validate that approved changes are implemented properly.
• Perform account access provisioning and de-provisioning according to approved processes.
• Support development of DoD Tenant Configuration Guides with mission partners and DISA, and evaluate policies to ensure compliance.
• Monitor Message Center for feature releases that may affect existing configurations, access roles, and personas.
