About The Position

The Condiment Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean condiment and beverage area while providing great customer service. This is an event-based part-time position that requires availability for nights and weekends, including all Hawks home games.

Requirements

1 year or more experience in foodservice or hospitality.
Ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience.
Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods of time throughout the day.
Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Stocks condiments, toppings and other food items.
Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
Interacts with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction.
Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer. The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables. The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
