About The Position

FINFROCK is hiring a part-time Concrete Worker in its Manufacturing department in Orlando. The role assists with producing prestressed concrete products, including preparation, pouring, and finishing. The worker handles production materials, sets up forms and reinforcement components, performs general labor, cleans and maintains equipment, and helps dismantle forms after concrete has set. The position requires following safety standards, using required personal protective equipment, and keeping the work area clean and organized. Hours may vary from the normal 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule; depending on the work area, shifts may begin early in the morning or occur at night, and may include overtime or weekends to meet production needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with concrete.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Comfort working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to climb onto trailers and work at heights.
• Ability to read or learn to read instructions on a tablet.
• Reliably follow directions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, pouring, and finishing prestressed concrete products.
• Handle concrete, rebar, cables, and other materials used in production.
• Set up forms, molds, and reinforcement components as directed by the supervisor.
• Perform basic labor, including lifting, moving, and positioning materials.
• Clean and maintain molds, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in dismantling forms after concrete has set.
• Follow FINFROCK safety standards and use required personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
