About The Position

Hadco Construction is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join its concrete construction team in Northern Utah. The role involves concrete construction tasks such as general concrete labor, form setting, footing installation, and foundation work. Candidates may specialize in one area or have experience across multiple areas. The position is based at the Murray Yard in Murray, Utah. It is full-time, with overtime available. Benefits are available after 60 days. Out-of-state applicants will not be considered.

Requirements

• Previous concrete or related construction experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor construction work, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one, if required for assigned duties.

• Experience in form setting, footings, foundations, or concrete labor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete foundations and footings, including building, setting, and removing forms according to plans and specifications.
• Tie and place rebar, assist with pouring and leveling concrete, and perform other concrete-related tasks as assigned.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate construction tools and equipment while maintaining clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
• Work alongside foremen and crew members to complete projects efficiently while following company safety policies and procedures.
