About The Position

Hadco Construction is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join its concrete construction team in Northern Utah. The role involves concrete construction work, including general concrete labor, form setting, footings installation, and foundation work. Candidates may have experience in one or multiple areas of concrete construction. This is a full-time position with overtime available. Benefits become available after 60 days. Hadco Construction is a family-owned company with over 30 years of experience in Utah’s construction industry and offers opportunities for long-term careers. Out-of-state applicants will not be considered.

Requirements

Previous concrete or related construction experience is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor construction work, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one, if required for assigned duties.

Nice To Haves

Experience in form setting, footings, foundations, or concrete labor.

Responsibilities

Assist with concrete foundations and footings, including building, setting, and removing forms according to plans and specifications.
Tie and place rebar; assist with pouring and leveling concrete; and perform other concrete-related tasks as assigned.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Operate construction tools and equipment while maintaining clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
Work alongside foremen and crew members to complete projects efficiently while following company safety policies and procedures.
