About The Position

FINFROCK is hiring a part-time Concrete Worker to assist with producing prestressed concrete products. The role includes preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete; handling materials; setting up forms and reinforcement; and cleaning and maintaining molds, tools, and equipment. Workers must follow FINFROCK safety standards and use the required personal protective equipment. Work hours may vary from the usual 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule and may include early mornings, nights, overtime, or weekends depending on production needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with concrete.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Able to climb onto trailers and work at heights.
• Able to read or learn to read instructions on a tablet.
• Follows directions reliably.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, pouring, and finishing prestressed concrete products.
• Handle concrete, rebar, cables, and other production materials.
• Set up forms, molds, and reinforcement components as directed by the supervisor.
• Perform basic labor, including lifting, moving, and positioning materials.
• Clean and maintain molds, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in dismantling forms after concrete has set.
• Follow FINFROCK safety standards and use required personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
