About The Position
We are seeking dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborers to join a construction team in Taylor, TX. The role involves assisting with concrete preparation, pouring, finishing, and other construction-related activities while maintaining a safe and productive job-site environment. The ideal candidates have experience in concrete work or general construction and are comfortable working in a fast-paced job-site environment.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the assigned job site.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in concrete work or general construction.
- Familiarity with concrete tools, equipment, and construction procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing, pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up materials, and organizing equipment.
- Assist with the installation and removal of concrete forms.
- Perform concrete finishing and surface preparation tasks as directed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials throughout the job site.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.
