About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Construction Laborers for projects located in or around Traverse City, MI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $23/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements

• Previous construction or concrete labor experience preferred
• Experience with form building, rebar installation, or concrete work is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials safely
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship

Responsibilities

• Assist concrete workers with site preparation and layout
• Build, set, and remove concrete forms
• Tie rebar and install wire mesh reinforcement
• Assist with pouring and finishing concrete walls and structures
• Repair, remove, and replace existing concrete as needed
• Load, unload, and move construction materials throughout the job site
• Perform general labor duties as directed by supervisors
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Follow all job site safety procedures and PPE requirements
