Requirements
- 3+ years of concrete experience
- Hardworking personality
- Ability to work well with others
Nice To Haves
- Experience in forming
- Experience in rebar
- Experience in finishing
Responsibilities
- Preparing construction sites
- Setting up forms
- Ensuring proper grading
- Pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete
- Achieving a smooth and durable finish using hand and power tools like trowels, screeds, and floats
- Applying sealants and other protective coatings
- Working closely with team members to complete projects on time and to specification
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
