About The Position
Fox Cities Builders is seeking a hands-on Concrete Foreman to lead crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial construction projects. The foreman plans daily activities, coordinates labor, materials, and equipment, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality. The role includes reading blueprints, developing crew members, solving field problems, and collaborating with project managers, superintendents, and customers. Requirements
- At least 3 years of concrete construction experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise concrete crews on construction projects.
