About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on large commercial construction projects in Castroville, Texas. The role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard. Bringing your own crew is a plus.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial concrete experience, including at least 2 years in a foreman or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, framing, and site preparation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the concrete crew on commercial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all work meets project requirements, codes, and safety standards.
• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
• Communicate progress and issues to project managers.
• Train and mentor crew members.
