About The Position

Fox Cities Builders is seeking a hands-on Concrete Foreman to lead crews on agricultural, commercial, and industrial construction projects. The role involves directing daily work, supporting safe and efficient project execution, and ensuring concrete work meets quality standards. The Foreman will help train and develop crew members, coordinate project resources, collaborate with project stakeholders, and resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of concrete construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Valid driver's license.

• Foreman, Leadman, or crew leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on construction projects.
• Plan daily work activities to keep projects safe, efficient, and on schedule.
• Read blueprints and ensure projects are completed correctly.
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and customers to support project success.
• Solve problems in the field and keep projects moving forward.
