About The Position

Bayland Buildings is seeking Concrete Tradespeople to work with crew members on concrete flatwork for commercial, industrial, and agricultural projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. The position offers full-time, year-round work with competitive compensation and benefits at an employee-owned company. Work takes place outdoors in variable weather conditions and in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.
Willingness to travel.
Ability to regularly lift heavy objects: 0–50 lbs from ground to shoulder and 0–80 lbs from ground to carry height.
Ability to perform physical labor.
Ability to operate hand and power tools and equipment.
Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Nice To Haves

Driver's license (preferred).
