About The Position
FlatironDragados is recruiting team members for its Port Arthur project. Applications are available at the Port Arthur Project Office, located at 3731 Hwy 82, Port Arthur, TX 77640. The role involves constructing, repairing, and installing building frameworks and structures made from wood and other materials, and completing work in accordance with construction specifications. The employee maintains knowledge of the company’s values and strategic plan and performs additional assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
- Experience with hand tools, including squares, levels, and chisels, and power tools such as sanders, circular saws, nail guns, and welding machines.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Construct, repair, and install building frameworks and structures made from wood and other materials.
- Construct or repair materials in compliance with construction specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials as directed.
- Erect, level, repair, and install framework, using rigging hardware and cranes as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s values and strategic plan.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
