About The Position
Southeastern Louisiana University's Department of Physical Plant Services is hiring a Concrete Finisher. The position involves installing and replacing sidewalks and small slabs, repairing sections of parking areas, storm drains, and catch basins, and performing general concrete work. Some carpentry and general maintenance work are also expected. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a 45-minute lunch, and Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The hourly rate is $18.38.
Requirements
- One year of experience or training in the concrete finishing trade.
