About The Position
Under the direction of the Concrete Scheduling Manager, the concrete dispatcher is responsible to answer phone calls and gather information as well as learn the responsibilities of order-taking and dispatching. Geneva Rock Products, Inc. has been a respected and experienced construction contractor in Utah since 1954. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Maintain insurable driving record.

Responsibilities
- Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.
- Maintain open communication with customers.
- Receive phone orders, gather pertinent information, and enter it into dispatch program.
- Continually monitor demand, dispatch delivery trucks, and verify each load.
- Assist customers in problem resolution.
- Review, understand, and adhere to all union contracts.
- Maintain insurable driving record.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment at all times.
