About The Position

Advanced G.P.R. Corporation is hiring experienced Concrete Cutting & Coring Operators for its Arizona field operations team. This is a full-time, permanent position for experienced operators—not an entry-level or temporary opportunity. Operators perform concrete cutting and coring on commercial, industrial, and construction projects, working safely and efficiently with minimal supervision. The role involves travel to project sites throughout Arizona and may require varying project schedules.

Compensation is $30–$40 per hour based on experience, with qualifying overtime paid at $45–$60 per hour. Eligible hours worked beyond eight hours in a day may receive an additional 50% swing-pay premium. Performance bonus opportunities may also be available. Actual earnings depend on schedules, hours worked, and applicable overtime rules.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience performing concrete core drilling and/or concrete cutting in commercial or industrial construction.
• Ability to independently set up and safely operate concrete coring equipment.
• Working knowledge of concrete cutting tools, drilling methods, and job site safety.
• Ability to read measurements, layouts, and construction drawings.
• Experience working on active construction sites.
• Ability to handle equipment safely and perform physically demanding fieldwork.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Eligibility to operate company vehicles under commercial auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability for full-time employment, varying project schedules, and travel throughout Arizona.
• Prior concrete coring or cutting experience is required; experienced operators only.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete core drilling and cutting on commercial, industrial, and construction projects.
• Operate core drilling equipment, wall saws, slab saws, and other concrete cutting tools within training and qualifications.
• Set up, secure, and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read construction plans, drawings, and job specifications.
• Perform measurements, layout, and equipment positioning.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades.
• Identify job site hazards and follow company safety procedures.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Complete field documentation, daily reports, and job records.
• Travel to project sites throughout Arizona.
