About The Position

Machine Operator position in Louisville, Kentucky, assembling products on a production line. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with potential for growth within the organization. Available shifts are 2nd shift, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., and 3rd shift, 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.; the 3rd shift runs Sunday through Thursday. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with a $0.50-per-hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts, for a shift rate of $20.50 per hour. Weekly pay is offered. Mandatory overtime is consistent and required. Health, dental, and vision insurance are available throughout the contract period. An additional benefits package is available after three months. Attendance, referral, and retention bonuses are available after the contract period.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Must have good attendance and a positive attitude.
• Must wear steel-toed shoes and long pants.
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime.

• At least one year of experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
