About The Position

The Forklift Handler is a long-term, full-time material handling role in Louisville, Kentucky. The work includes forklift or hi-lo driving and warehouse duties; the position does not involve operating a hi-lo full time. Available schedules are second shift, 2 p.m.–10 p.m., and third shift, 10 p.m.–6 a.m. The third shift runs Sunday through Thursday. Mandatory overtime is consistent and required. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with a $0.50 shift premium for second- and third-shift workers, for a stated shift rate of $20.50 per hour. Weekly pay is offered. The role provides an opportunity for long-term growth within the organization.

Requirements

• Previous experience driving a hi-lo or forklift is required.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Must have good attendance and attitude.
• Must wear steel-toed shoes and long pants.
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime.

• At least one year of experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
