About The Position

Kalos Services is hiring a Concrete Crew Lead to take ownership of commercial concrete projects and lead a high-performing crew in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving production, maintaining quality, and keeping jobs moving safely and on schedule. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone on-site, coordinating with project teams, and delivering consistent, high-quality results. Kalos is built on ownership, teamwork, and doing the job right. This role is a critical part of delivering on that standard every day.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial concrete experience
2+ years in a lead role
Strong knowledge of forming, pouring, and finishing
Ability to read plans and manage layout
Proven ability to lead crews and hit production goals
Willingness to travel and work nights when required

Responsibilities

Lead commercial concrete projects (slabs, footings, sidewalks, pads, etc.)
Plan daily work, assign tasks, and drive production on-site
Set forms and oversee rebar placement, pours, and finishing
Read and execute from plans, layouts, and specifications
Coordinate with Project Managers and other trades
Ensure quality standards, safety practices, and schedule adherence
Train crew members and hold the team accountable to performance expectations
