CONCRETE CREW LEAD – FORMS & SLAB POUR $80ph Hiring
About The Position
The position is for an experienced Concrete Crew Lead to oversee two slab pours in Lake Ozark, Missouri. This short-term project requires a leader capable of managing the entire process from layout and forming through the concrete pour. The role involves leading a crew of 3-4 laborers for two shed foundations, totaling approximately 35-40 cubic yards of concrete. The ideal candidate will organize the job, direct the crew, and ideally be proficient in finishing slabs. The work is expected to last 3-4 days, scheduled for late March or early April, weather permitting. Payment is $80 per hour, paid in cash daily.
Requirements
- Experienced concrete crew lead
- Knows how to handle a job from layout and forming through the pour
- Comfortable organizing the job and leading the work
- Has built and poured many slabs
- Can run a small crew
