Innovative Concrete, LLC is expanding our commercial concrete crews in Center, North Dakota, and we are looking for the right people to grow with us. The open positions are Concrete Laborer, Concrete Finisher, Form setter, and Crew Foreman. Pay is competitive and based on your experience and the role you are applying for. Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to the project site.
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stay on your feet for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and nights as necessary.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in concrete or construction is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a commercial concrete crew on active jobsites.
- Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed.
- Keep the jobsite clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow direction from the foreman and superintendent.
- Foreman candidates will lead the crew and oversee daily site operations.
