About The Position

The Concierge creates the first impression of Sunrise Senior Living by welcoming residents, families, prospective families, and visitors and helping ensure a warm, safe, and organized community experience. The role serves as the face of the community, with interactions that reflect Sunrise’s hospitality and service standards.

The Concierge provides front-desk and administrative support, assists with community and sales inquiries, helps prepare for move-ins, and maintains welcoming shared areas. The position also supports safety procedures, visitor management, and routine office tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and route calls promptly and take accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
