About The Position

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Concierge. The role is scheduled every weekend from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Concierge welcomes and directs visitors, handles incoming calls, responds to resident and family questions and concerns, appropriately handles emergencies, and maintains the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with potential residents, current residents, family members, and team members.
• Technology skills are important.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an office environment, answering phones, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the front desk in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls or take messages as appropriate.
• Respond to questions and concerns from residents and family members.
• Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.
