About The Position

This is a Full Time Concierge position. The Concierge proactively assists residents, families, visitors, and team members with questions or problems, ensuring a positive experience. They greet all visitors and answer incoming calls professionally and respectfully. The role involves monitoring the entry area, directing guests, answering telephones, forwarding calls, taking messages, and handling packages and mail for residents. The Concierge is also responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and inviting lobby area, and assisting with promoting resident programming. Additionally, the position supports sales and marketing by managing the inquiry process, responding to inquiries and conducting tours when other staff are unavailable, and assisting with marketing materials and the Lead Management Program. In the business office, the Concierge assists with new resident documentation and maintains resident files confidentially. They also encourage resident participation in programming and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Professional and respectful manner in greeting visitors and answering calls.
  • Ability to manage the lobby and ensure it is clean and neat.
  • Knowledgeable and assists in supporting the marketing standards of the community.
  • Assists with duties related to the Lead Management Program.
  • Assists in processing new resident documentation.
  • Assists in maintenance of resident files and documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Follows and communicates company policies and procedures.

  • Assists the Director of Resident Engagement and/or others as necessary in promoting programming with residents in the lobby.
  • Responds to inquiries and/or tours when Director of Sales and Marketing, Executive Director and other Directors are not available.
  • Facilitates experiences/tours of community as needed.
  • Assists with assembling marketing packets as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Director of Resident Engagement and/or others as necessary in promoting programming with residents in the lobby.
  • Manages the inquiry process, connecting the caller or visiting customer to the appropriate inquiry team member.
