About The Position

The Concierge is responsible for answering club phone calls, concierge emails and texts, securing dining and amenity reservations, assisting with administrative tasks, and most importantly, being the first face members and guests see upon entering the club. The schedule for this position is nights and weekends until closing at 8:00 pm.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work well with a team and independently.
  • Must be a self-motivator who can prioritize tasks independently.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional written communication and proper phone etiquette.
  • Previous work experience is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service preferred.
