About The Position

We are currently in need of a Concierge to help us open our newest Sales Center for Brightview East Brunswick! Brightview East Brunswick will provide high-end, senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care options for our new residents.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of office equipment and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Associate degree and a minimum of two years of experience in either a Sales or Administrative capacity that involved significant amount of working with internal and external customers.
  • Self- motivated to take on new challenges and determine solutions.
  • The ability to quickly connect with people of varying demographics, backgrounds and experiences.
  • Strong customer service skills with demonstrated experience in building relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional computer skills and the ability to quickly master new applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
  • Ability and desire to be a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently and genuinely demonstrate the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions.
  • Greet, engage and assist callers and guests in a vibrant, professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that collateral materials such as brochures are up to date and readily available.
  • Work closely with the community Executive Director and Sales Director(s) in fielding inquiry calls.
  • Respond to inquiries and promote all that Brightview has to offer in terms of programming, dining services, care and safety.
  • Make follow-up calls to prospective residents and/or families to maintain contact.
  • Help maintain data in the Yardi lead base system ensuring that information is updated timely and accurately.
  • Continue to support the community sales efforts by engaging visitors and prospective residents, collecting information, and promoting Brightview as a great place to live.
  • Help ensure that model apartments are well maintained and ready to show at all times.
  • Assist the Business Office Director and Recruiting Specialist with the interview process.
  • Assist the Business Office Director to ensure that all files remain within compliance.
  • Assist the Business Office Director with ordering and maintaining an adequate inventory of office and community supplies.
