About The Position

As a Concierge, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and memorable experience for guests. You will serve as the main point of contact for guests, assisting with inquiries, providing information, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their stay. From arranging reservations to coordinating special requests, your role is crucial in ensuring that guests have a delightful and stress-free experience during their time at our establishment. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of local attractions will contribute to making their stay truly exceptional.

Requirements

  • Must have strong excel and outlook skills.
  • Must manage Beverage Service and be comfortable preparing and setting this up.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the establishment, and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
  • Professionally address and resolve guest complaints or issues, striving for guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee room reservations, ensuring accurate data entry and managing booking systems efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of guest bookings, room availability, and special requests.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences and interests, tailoring suggestions to enhance their experience.
  • Build relationships with clients.
  • Identify VIP guests based on their status, preferences, or requests, and provide personalized, high-end service.
  • Anticipate VIP guests' needs and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
  • Support in cleaning coffee machines in the reception area.
  • Support opening tickets for work orders that are sent via email.
  • Ensure meeting rooms surrounding reception area are kept in order.
  • Support with preparing beverage service for meetings.
  • Collaborate with other teams such as our building management company, security and vendors.
  • Communicate guest preferences and requirements to relevant departments to meet guests' needs effectively.
  • Maintain a vigilant presence to ensure guest safety and security throughout the property.
  • Respond promptly to any safety concerns or emergencies and follow established protocols.
  • Coordinate with security personnel and management to resolve security-related issues.
  • Maintain and clean pantries and replenish business centers when required.
  • Support in daily cleaning and restocking of coffee machines managed by the WPS team.
