About The Position

This is a Full Time Concierge position. The Concierge proactively assists residents, families, visitors, and team members with questions or problems, ensuring a positive experience. This role involves greeting visitors, answering calls professionally, managing the entry area, and assisting residents with various needs such as mail and packages. The Concierge also plays a role in sales and marketing by managing inquiries, facilitating tours, and supporting marketing efforts. Additionally, the position assists with business office duties like processing new resident documentation and maintaining resident files confidentially. A key aspect of the role is promoting resident participation in programming and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively assist residents, families, visitors, and team members with questions or problems resulting in a positive experience.
  • Greet all visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Monitor entry area for visitors and guests, greet, and direct as necessary.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and resident calls, forward and take messages.
  • Receive and send packages for residents.
  • Assist with residents who request assistance with mailing letters and packages.
  • Manage the lobby, monitor and ensure desk and lobby are clean and neat.
  • Create a comfortable, inviting area.
  • Assist the Director of Resident Engagement and/or others as necessary in promoting programming with residents in the lobby.
  • Manage the inquiry process, connecting the caller or visiting customer to the appropriate inquiry team member.
  • Respond to inquiries and/or tours when Director of Sales and Marketing, Executive Director and other Directors are not available.
  • Facilitate experiences/tours of community as needed.
  • Be knowledgeable and assist in supporting the marketing standards of the community.
  • Assist with duties related to the Lead Management Program.
  • Assist with assembling marketing packets as needed.
  • Assist in processing new resident documentation.
  • Assist in maintenance of resident files and documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Promote and encourage residents to participate in programming.
  • Follow and communicate company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
