About The Position

Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking a Concierge to join our growing team. The bilingual concierge/ schedule coordinator will help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of our firm to assist our clients who are seeking legal options. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.
Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to type 45 WPM or more.
English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Proper phone etiquette
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Bachelor's Degree Required
1 year of Office Experience.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Handling incoming/outgoing calls, and other communications.
Managing filing system.
Must be able to meet monthly goals (KPIs).
Recording information as needed.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Aiding with client reception as needed.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Must schedule clients correctly on the calendar.
Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
