About The Position

Guardian Security Services is seeking an experienced and qualified Concierge for luxury communities in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on residential hospitality, providing excellent member service, maintaining strong professional relationships, solving problems, and running the front desk efficiently. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, driven, and professional. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour, and the stated schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. A detailed scope of work will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior residential concierge experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Computer literacy for submitting reports, maintaining logs, and producing signage.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well with people.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple functions at the same time.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local area, tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation services.
• Flexibility and open availability to support weekend schedules and around-the-clock coverage.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and reference check upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with 250 or more units.
• Experience with Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata, or similar systems.
