About The Position

Join our premier apartment community in Hot Springs! We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Concierge to provide top-notch service to our residents. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy creating a welcoming environment, we'd love to hear from you! This is a part-time position with 15-25 hours per week, requiring evening and weekend hours. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a hospitality, retail, or service industry role.
  • A neat and professional appearance with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle multiple resident requests efficiently.
  • Dependable and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of office software and programs.
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in the clubhouse with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Monitor the clubhouse to ensure that all rules and procedures are being followed.
  • Assist residents with clubhouse equipment and amenities to enhance their experience.
  • Provide information and recommendations on local shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational activities.
  • Respond to resident requests, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Assist with community activities and events held in the clubhouse.
  • Secure and lock clubhouse doors at closing time.
  • Perform office duties as needed, such as answering calls, faxing, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Community Director.
