About The Position

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking an experienced Concierge for its assisted living community. The Concierge is often the first point of contact and first impression for residents, families, and visitors. The role focuses on providing extraordinary service, representing the community, and helping each person feel important and welcomed. The Concierge also has the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with residents.

The schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Three years of experience as a concierge.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Interested in learning and growing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary service to residents, family members, and visitors.
• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact and representative of the community.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents.
