About The Position

We’re looking for a Concierge who takes pride in delivering a polished, high-touch resident experience and creating a welcoming, service-driven environment at every interaction. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering elevated experiences through attentive service, strong communication and a consistent presence in the community.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage concierge desk operations, including packages and guest access, with accuracy and discretion
  • Act as a central point of coordination between residents and onsite teams to ensure seamless service execution
  • Maintain visibility in the lobby, balancing hospitality presence with awareness of building activity
  • Create a consistent, polished experience by recognizing residents and anticipating their needs.
  • Handle resident requests with judgement and follow-through, ensuring issues are resolved without escalation.
