About The Position

Bluestone Real Estate Services invites applications for a full-time Condominium Association Concierge position. Bluestone Real Estate is a leading association management company dedicated to providing exceptional service and enhancing the living experience of our residents. As a Condominium Association Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment. This role involves a variety of administrative and hospitality tasks aimed at enhancing the resident experience and maintaining the building’s high standards. This position is located at the The Metropolitan Condominiums in downtown Portland. Hours for the position are Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or customer service role.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with or ability to learn association management software program, such as AppFolio.
  • Knowledge of security and access control procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Address resident inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain knowledge of the condominium’s amenities and services to provide accurate information to residents and guests.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
  • Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities.
  • Monitor access to the building, ensuring the safety and security of residents and their property.
  • Implement security protocols and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk and lobby area.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages and direct them to the appropriate parties.
  • Manage reservations for amenities such as the guest suites, and event spaces.
  • Coordinate with vendors for services such as package delivery, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Manage resident and visitor logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional manner.
  • Distribute building notices and announcements to residents as directed by the Manager.
  • Maintain insurance policies, storage, parking spaces, pets, and other trackable items as directed by the Manager.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating community meetings, events and activities as directed in order to foster a sense of community among residents.
  • Gather and relay feedback from residents to improve services and amenities.
