About The Position

Each individual on our Concierge team embodies our Harwood culture and values. They promote professionalism, personalized assistance, and safety to our owners, residents and their guests in the buildings we manage.

Requirements

Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new applications independently.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to lift items up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a Concierge or Security type role
Veterans and Law Enforcement background

Responsibilities

Ensures safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, and life-safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity.
Greets residents and provides general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
Proves appropriate assistance as needed to client, their employees, guests, and visitors in expedient and professional manner.
Prepare logs and reports as required.
Maintain constant surveillance of assigned areas providing maximum visibility.
Complete any Incident Reports, Daily Activity Reports, or other written documents as requested by the client.
Enforce rules and policies of the property.
Uses proper telephone skills.
Ensures concerns are documented and reported appropriately.
Sets the example for uniform standards to include dressed in approved attire always and conform to appearance guidelines.
