The Welcome Desk Concierge is responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience and front-of-house operations that result in exceptional customer service and high-quality pet care. This is a Part-Time position that will work between our 2 locations (Ballard and SLU) to support the facilities initiatives. This role will have weekly hours from 0-30 hrs. and must have flexibility. A typical week involves living out and being a positive advocate for Downtown Dog Lounge’s safety culture, understanding and upholding the Purpose and Core Values of the business, and performing various daily operations at the Welcome Desk. The role also involves supporting the team by communicating effectively, upholding company values, assisting with dog handling, maintaining accurate records, and helping with the care of puppies and senior dogs. Additionally, the Concierge is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and performing various cleaning and disinfection duties.
