About The Position

Cleantech is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to support its Concierge division. This role involves working directly with the Concierge Manager to support multiple residential properties throughout Metro Vancouver. The position is dynamic and not a traditional desk job, with daily tasks potentially including training staff, conducting building inspections, preparing reports, solving operational challenges, and providing site support when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel between multiple work locations
  • Flexible availability and occasional overtime when required
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, organized, and self-driven
  • Comfortable leading and guiding team members while ensuring rules and standards are followed
  • Confident in resolving operational issues with minimal supervision
  • Strong attendance consistency and commitment to scheduled shifts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, operations, property management, facilities management, or team leadership.
  • Post-secondary education in Hospitality, Communications, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
  • Experience preparing reports, coordinating schedules, or managing projects.
  • Concierge experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Train new Concierge team members.
  • Coach employees on company procedures, customer service standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular site visits to support teams and ensure service quality.
  • Assist with coordinating shift coverage and operational staffing needs.
  • Provide Concierge relief coverage when operationally required.
  • Prepare weekly reports and performance tracking documents.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and logs.
  • Support the Concierge Manager with administrative and operational projects.
  • Build positive working relationships with council and team members.
  • Escalate significant operational or personnel concerns to the Concierge Manager as required.
  • Represent Cleantech with professionalism and integrity at all times.
