A Day in the Life: Serve as the on-shift leader for the Concierge Services team, ensuring seamless operations and timely issue resolution Coordinate shift coverage, assignments, and task delegation to maintain service excellence Provide on-the-spot coaching and support to concierge staff, reinforcing communication protocols, service standards, and hospitality best practices Monitor shift performance, document service requests and incident reports, and escalate unresolved issues to management as needed Support new employee training and onboarding, offering ongoing mentorship while reinforcing company culture and professional development initiatives Maintain accountability for safety procedures, policy compliance, and regulatory standards Assist in tracking departmental expenses, scheduling, and minor administrative functions Participate in rotating on-call coverage, providing after-hours support for escalated concerns as scheduled Uphold and model Larksfield Place’s premier service standards with every resident, visitor, and teammate interaction Qualifications: At least three (3) years of experience in hospitality, concierge, customer service, or related fields Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills Experience using standard office equipment (e.g., computer, copier, phone systems) Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel High school diploma or GED required; additional hospitality or leadership training preferred Valid driver’s license required Must pass a physical exam and meet all vaccination and TB screening requirements At Larksfield Place, being premier isn’t just a standard—it’s a way of life.
