About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Supervisor for a school campus in Bronx, New York. The role combines security supervision with a strong customer-service focus, including welcoming and assisting visitors and helping create a reassuring, professional environment. The schedule is 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and weekends are required. The position pays $28.00 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have exceptional customer-service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Have 4–6 years of prior experience in a supervisory role.
• Have 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, email, and typing.
• Hold a New York State Guard License.

• Security, military, or law-enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and provide directions or assistance.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
