About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for an office building in Clayton, Missouri. This customer-service-focused position involves engaging with people, building meaningful connections, and helping visitors feel reassured and confident. The role is full-time on the second shift, Thursday through Monday, from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., at an hourly wage of $19.57.

The officer welcomes visitors, verifies identities, guides people, manages access, and conducts patrols to identify risks. Duties also include inspecting security equipment, responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams, answering questions in person or by phone, writing incident reports, and communicating security concerns. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state license if required.
