About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a full-time Concierge Security Officer for an office-building concierge post in Clayton, Missouri. The role emphasizes customer service and building connections with visitors and others in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is Thursday through Monday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The hourly wage is $19.57. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
