About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer Site Supervisor in Louisville, Kentucky. This customer-service-focused security role involves engaging with visitors, building meaningful connections, and helping people feel reassured and confident. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, on the first shift from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and pays $21 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
