About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Fountain Hills, Arizona. The role emphasizes customer service and building connections with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Monday and Tuesday. The hourly wage is $21.50, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Successfully complete an extensive screening process.
Have exceptional customer service skills.
Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors, verify their identity, and guide them.
Manage access control.
Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.

Answer questions in person or by phone.
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
