About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a concierge security post in Mesa, Arizona. The role emphasizes customer service and building connections with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday. The hourly wage is $18.50. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

The officer welcomes and assists visitors, manages access control, conducts patrols, checks security equipment, responds to incidents, and helps protect people and property. The position also involves answering questions in person or by phone, documenting incidents, and communicating security concerns.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities
