About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Portland, Oregon. This customer-service-focused security role involves working with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer welcomes and assists visitors while helping protect people and property. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., for 40 hours per week. The hourly wage is $23.90. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
