About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a customer-focused security post in North Phoenix, Arizona. The role emphasizes building meaningful connections and reassuring visitors through welcoming, identity verification, guidance, and other customer service. Work may involve environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The posting lists five schedule options: Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. (20 hours per week); Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. (16 hours per week); Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. (16 hours per week); Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. (16 hours per week); or Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. (40 hours per week). The hourly wage is $19.31. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identity, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
