About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a full-time Concierge Security Officer in Riverview, Florida. This customer-service-focused role involves engaging with people and helping them feel reassured and confident in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., at $16.80 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a Florida Class D Security License.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and provide directions or guidance.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
