About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Guard to provide customer-focused security services. The role involves welcoming and assisting visitors, verifying identities, managing access, conducting patrols, and helping protect people and property. The position is part-time at a site in Florence, Kentucky, with a schedule of Fridays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., all on first shift. The hourly wage is $17.48. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is made.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them as needed.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.

• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
