About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to provide security and customer service at an office tower in the Kirkland/Redmond, Washington area. The role emphasizes building meaningful connections and reassuring visitors through attentive, professional service. Duties include welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding people, managing access, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and protecting people and property. The position offers two schedule options: Thursday–Sunday, 6 a.m.–2 p.m. in Redmond (32 hours per week), or Saturday–Wednesday, midnight–8 a.m. (40 hours per week). The listed wage is $22.63 per hour. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
